Once a very beautiful beach, now mainly privately owned and very commercialised with noisy bars and what appears to be nightclubs on the sands. The little haven of peace where I found this pretty tree was along the beach some distance from the bars and, mercifully, out of earshot of the raucous music blaring out. Access to this beach is difficult and this is not a place for anyone with walking difficulties..
We visited towards the end of the afternoon when the light was beginning to diminish. For those enjoying loud music and bright lights instead of the gentle murmur of the sea this could be an enjoyable visit……
